Privacy Policy
What Militant Media collects on militantmedia.ca and militantmind.ca, and what you can ask us to do with it. Militant Mind is a Militant Media program, so this one policy covers both sites.
What we collect
When you book a call, we collect your name, email, phone number and anything you share about what you'd like to cover. If you email or call, we keep what you send.
While you browse, Microsoft Clarity records how the pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and the type of device. It uses cookies to do this, and it shows us where the site is confusing so we can fix it. Our web host also keeps standard server logs.
How we use it
Your details are used to book your call, send the confirmation and reminders, and follow up about the work you asked about. Your information is never sold.
Who helps us run the site
- HighLevel holds our calendar and contact records and sends booking confirmations.
- Netlify hosts the site.
- Microsoft Clarity shows us how pages are used.
- YouTube plays some of our videos in its privacy‑enhanced mode.
Some of these services store information outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Clarity deletes its recordings after about 30 days. Contact and booking details stay in our records while we're in touch, and we delete them whenever you ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Cookies can be blocked in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
